The Cultural Mandate is the golden thread running through the prophets, the ministry of Jesus, and the work of the Holy Spirit . It has always been God’s continuous call to human freedom— expressed through the separation of powers, consent of the governed, strong nuclear families, faith engagement and free enterprise.
Free nations, especially America, are meant to be living demonstrations of this Mandate. This understanding reframes American history, eschatology, and the Church’s mission all at once. It stands at the very center of God’s purpose for nations — including our national destiny.
The Founders, brilliant as they were, could not fully articulate it. They gave us extraordinary political hardware — separation of powers and consent of the governed — but the software has always been elusive until now.

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE)
The single greatest unadressed public health threat facing our nation
The 1996 ACE Study (Adverse Childhood Experiences Study) was a groundbreaking collaboration between the CDC and Kaiser Permanente, led by Drs. Vincent Felitti and Robert Anda. It surveyed over 17,000 mostly middle-class adults about their childhood experiences (before age 18) and later-life health outcomes.

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are the fundamental root issue lying beneath our devisive politics and culture wars.
The ACE study proved that childhood trauma is the single most powerful preditctor of nearly every major personal and social problem in America. By addressing the physical and spiritual impact of childhood trauma in adults and children, we can secure the foundation upon which all other institutions stand. This is the keystone issue, bringing healing to our families, our communities, and ultimately, our entire nation.

Just as national movements once transformed our culture's relationship with tobacco and littering, we are launching a similar large-scale public health initiative dedicated to eradicating childhood trauma in adults and children. This is a generational mobilization to heal the fundamental root of our society's decline, secure a flourishing future for all and restore America's leadership of free nations in the world.
